Hamletmachine is a performance which combines the brilliant Heiner Mueller play with the concert and the multimedia improvisation. The non-convenient text rebelling against the present, the past and the future, against the impossibility and the lack of intent to revise history and testing the values of personality in it, has found its expression in an anarchist theatrical gesture, full of desire for freedom, looking for the truth “here and now”, noisily denying any classification. The young team meets the audience at the point where drama decomposes, words go into music, history turns into a set and there are no heroes.
The performance is realized by Organization for Contemporary Alternative Art and Culture "36 Monkeys" in cooperation with Goethe-Institut Bulgaria.
Duration: 45 min.
Tickets for a single performance: 10/8 BGN
